About Me

I am a fully accredited, insured and experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor, offering a range of confidential services in Devon face-to-face or further afield online. I am a registered member of the BACP.

I have lots of experience working with relationship issues, self-esteem & confidence issues, anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, trauma, loss, change, and work related issues. I also specialise in working with survivors of rape and sexual abuse.

 

For many people who come to see me, they are looking for a supportive space during times of overwhelm, or may want to work through areas of life which feel challenging. For some, the goal may be simply feeling better, for others we might work towards a more specific goal.

Sessions will be held on a weekly basis, in the same time-slot each week. I integrate a range of different psychotherapeutic approaches subject to your needs. I work on both a short and long term basis, online or face to face.
